Read this before you decide to make a return.

We do NOT accept the goods if:
The goods are used or look like they have been worn.
The 14 day return period has been exceeded.
The goods are not packed responsible.
The goods has been exposed for smoke or other smells and substances.
Hangtags is removed or damaged.
If the goods aren't the original that we send you.
Please add a note with your ordernumber in your return parcel.

How to return

If you are are returning from Denmark please use our returns portal here.

If you are returning from any other country please ship your return to the following address:

Please add a note with your ordernumber for a faster refund process.

You are responsible for the returns and we do not cover lost items in transport to us. Please be aware that we do not cover the return costs that you may experience when returning to us.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you want another size or another item please return the original order and make a new order right away. Be aware that our items sellout fast and therefore we are not able to guarentee that your size is available.


Complaints

If you have  received a product that is faulty or if you want to complain about a used product please contact our support-team. 


Our support-team will contact you as soon as possible to inform you about the complaint process. 

Refunds

We handle returns within 10 days of received your return. When the return has been handled you'll receive a message which confirms the refund. The refund will be available in your bankaccount withhin 4 bankdays.
